How do I become a PrimoHoagies reward member?

You can signup at, text “Primo” to 484-270-4000 or give your phone number to the cashier at any PrimoHoagies location and fill out the required information. To earn points, simply visit a participating PrimoHoagies location and give your phone number.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned on hoagies and catering orders. Before your purchase is finalized, give your phone number associated with your account to the cashier, or follow the points code instructions at the bottom of your receipt.


How does the point system work?

Earn 1 point per $1 spent on all hoagies and catering trays. When you’ve accumulated 200 points, you earn a $10 credit that can be redeemed at any participating PrimoHoagies location. Points accumulate, they never get deducted – $10 offers will be activated at 200pt, 400pt, 600pt, etc.


Do my points deduct after I redeem an offer from 200 points earned?

No. Points accumulate as you earn them.

Do points expire?

Points do not expire, but offers earned from points will have a specified expiration date.


When will I receive rewards for points earned?

Every 200 points earned will activate another $10 off offer. 200pt, 400pt, 600pt, etc.


How do I redeem points to be used for a purchase?

Simply give your phone number to the cashier before checkout, and notify the cashier you’d like to redeem your reward.


How do I receive special offers?

There are two ways to receive special offers. The first is by email, when signing up as a rewards member you will be asked to enter a valid email address. The second is by text, when signing up as a rewards member you will be asked to opt into text promotions.


Do all PrimoHoagies locations run the same promotions?

No. Each PrimoHoagies location has the ability to run their own promotions.


Which PrimoHoagies location will I receive special offers from?

You will receive system wide offers along with offers from locations at which you used your rewards account.


How can I check my point balance?

You can check your point balance a few different ways –, text POINTS to 484-270-4000, or on the bottom of your receipt with a valid rewards purchase.

Can I opt out of receiving text and/or email promotions?
